In case you missed the news during the lazy month of August there remains time to nominate someone, or yourself, for the Board of Directors of AUTM. This is an important time for our association as we begin to restructure the governance in order to provide a more strategic Board for the years to come. One of the other things you may have missed is that for the first time we are accepting nominations for positions on the Board that are "at large" or without specific portfolio duties. This may be of particular interest to members who have always been interested in taking a larger role in the organization but simply did not have the time to manage a portfolio.
