Greetings again! As the Officially Unofficial Chair, I’m declaring The Officially UNOFFICIAL 2013 AUTM Central Region Golf Event (hereafter THE GOLF EVENT) to be open for those interested in participating in this fun golf opportunity.
I’ve selected The Brickyard Crossing as the course for THE GOLF EVENT which will take place on Tuesday, July 16. The cost per round is $100.00. Rental clubs are also available for $70.00 (including 2 sleeves of logo balls) for those who need them. Further information on The Brickyard Crossing (score card, location, etc.) may be found at www.brickyardcrossing.com.
If you want to play in THE GOLF EVENT, you must send me the following information: (1) your name (and any other players if you want to play with someone else); and (2) what time of day (morning, afternoon, a time range, etc.) you want for your tee time on July 16. Please provide items (1) and (2) to me as soon as possible and preferably by June 16 (The Brickyard Crossing takes tee times 30 days in advance) at either my e-mail address (Eric@GuttagIPLaw.com) or at my phone number (513-856-7272).
If you can put together a foursome for THE GOLF EVENT, that’s fine and is welcomed, but I still need you to provide me with items (1) and (2) so I can coordinate tee times (and foursomes) for THE GOLF EVENT. On or after June 16, I’ll arrange for your tee time (including notifying you of the members of your foursome); because The Brickyard Crossing requires a credit card for placing tee times for more than 4 players, I may need to provide you with the details for arranging for your tee time at The Brickyard Crossing, especially if we get a large number of participants.
As previously billed, THE Golf Event will be a fairly “casual,” “informal,” and hopefully “fun-filled” way to play some golf, meet perhaps some old (or new) acquaintances, and even network while chasing that little white (or yellow, orange or pink) golf ball around the course. Also, if we do get enough committed participants for THE Golf Event (and the scheduling of tee times permits), I may turn THE Golf Event into a “scramble” format. Please also note that by providing items (1) and (2), you are also making a commitment to participate in THE Golf Event unless “unforeseen events” (e.g., illness, injury, personal or business emergencies, Acts of God or War, etc.) transpire that prevent you from participating.
