Effective November 2, 2015, both industry and academia will be able to access the TransACT database for the same annual subscription fee of $1,995 per year. This powerful, comprehensive database of transactional terms and conditions will be available to both AUTM members and non-members at this price.
For academic institutions, the annual subscription fee can be reduced to zero if the institution annually enters a certain number of deals into the database. The number of deals to qualify for the subscription fee waiver will vary by the institution's annual research expenditures:
