August 2009: The AUTM Distance Education Committee is looking for up to three new volunteers to help produce our 2010 schedule of professional development webinars.
Committee members actively participate in education needs assessment, development and facilitation, which includes group collaboration and individual projects, such as drafting session learning objectives, reviewing speaker presentations and the recruitment of speakers.
The ideal committee member will represent one (or more) of the three target audiences: persons who are new to technology transfer, intermediate/advanced technology transfer professions and administrative/support professionals. Committee members will participate in monthly conference calls and an annual in-person meeting during the AUTM Annual Meeting, and may be called upon to co-moderate online events. Committee members must be members of AUTM.
If you have questions about this opportunity or would like to volunteer, contact Aaron Adair at aadair@autm.net or +1-847-559-0846, ext. 294.
